I just wanted to take a moment and brag on my wonderful husband. On Sunday the Pastor gave an encouraging and challenging message to fathers. As I sat there I was beaming so proud because Ben was all that plus more. Yes, I know he isn't perfect of course. He truly desires to be more like his Heavenly Father. I feel so blessed to have Ben as the father of my boys. I have never met a man so strong yet so kind. I only pray my boys can be that way.
Fathers Day was celebrated as we did it in my home growing up. We wake up early and cook breakfast for dad and then present him w/ lots of love, gifts, and breakfast in bed. He is the King for the day(actually he's always king). We put a crown on Ben and enjoyed the morning with daddy. Since this was The Kings day we did whatever he wanted. I married a low maintenance man so it wasn't too hard to please him. I made whatever he wanted for lunch, then we headed to the movies to watch Spiderman (by ourseleves) and then we came home p/u the kids and went out to Starbucks.
I am so thankful for my Heavenly Father, earthly father and husband.
